Dr. Nikesha Walters earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and is completed her pediatric dental residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. Prior to dental school, she earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies from Brown University.
Dr. Walters is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care and creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. She is fluent in Portuguese and also speaks conversational Spanish, allowing her to connect with families from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Walters is a recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship and has been recognized with numerous academic honors for her dedication to pediatric dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Walters enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to her community. She is excited to join the Village Kids team and looks forward to helping children achieve healthy, confident smiles for years to come.
